Brad Sporer

Managing Partner and Chief Risk Officer for Insurance, HR, Safety, and Wellness

For the past 20 years, Toni and her team has helped hundreds of business owners through strategic programs that mitigate lawsuits, foster workplace diversity, enhance performance management, and nurture innovation. Her expertise is in the hospitality and private club industry, where she focuses on injury prevention, leadership skills, emotional intelligence and helping to enhance the membership experience.

Toni has been a featured speaker for the Golden State Club Managers and Club Benchmarking, where she has focused on insurance and risk management for private clubs, and providing solutions in human resources and insurance coverage.

Her unique skills at managing workers’ compensation and safety compliance has also led her to serve as a contributing author for such prestigious industry publications as Boardroom, California Broker, Insurance Business America, and Construction Executive, among others. 

Toni attended the Marshall School of Business at University of Southern California and holds multiple industry designations, including Master in Workers’ Comp (MWC), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and Certified Wellness and Benefits Advisor (CWBA).

Brad Sporer oversees S&K’s business strategy, which includes working with businesses in the areas of Employee Benefits, Property & Casualty Insurance, and Risk Management Consulting Services.

His expertise in workers’ compensation and safety compliance has helped employers create shareholder value by maintaining a healthy, safe and productive workforce free of unnecessary risk. This mission also led Brad to create the Zero Factors Workers’ Compensation Platform, which provides employers a business process that is focused on preventing injuries and minimizing exposure should an injury happen. Through these efforts, Brad has saved business owners millions of dollars on their insurance premiums while keeping workplace injuries to a minimum.

Brad is responsible for securing relationships with the strongest Insurance carriers and financial institutions throughout the United States, including a strategic relationship with ISU International, the second largest Insurance carrier aggregator in the US with revenues in excess of $1 billion.

A graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, Brad holds the designations of Master of Workers Compensation (MWCA) and Certified Wellness and Benefits Advisor (CWBA). As the father of three boys, he lists golf as one of him main hobbies.
