S&K Insurance was founded in 1964 by Yosh Shibayama in California, and the company has grown along with the customers we serve. It is now a member of ISU International, writing more than $1 billion in premiums. And yet, S&K Insurance still fosters the idea that it’s important to get to know a customer before recommending a product. The team strives to offer exactly what every business needs based on their unique situations and goals.
Toni Shibayama is the Managing Partner and Chief Risk Officer and has been with the company for over 18 years. Her dedication to excellence has helped customers develop strategic programs that meet the complex and ever-changing environment of their industries.
Brad Sporer is a Managing Partner and Chief Revenue Officer, and he has been part of the team for 17 years. He is continually developing business strategy to offer the best products and solutions for the customers. He was responsible for securing a relationship with ISU International, which is the second largest insurance carrier aggregator in the country.
While the focus of S&K Insurance is on the hospitality industry and the unique challenges the business owners face, the company provides insurance and management products and services for companies in all industries.
